Want to disbale guest user permanently

I don't want to enter anybody in my system by guest user, I have disabled it from setting but I want to remove it permanently, I am using Window 2007.

You can disable it from setting- control panel but can't remove it permanently because it's part of Window.

You can't remove this feature from window but it depend upon you, that you wanna use it or not.
