SEO Strategy for new Blog

Hello Friends,

I have created a new blog! So I need to build backlinks, PR right from scrap - "ZERO". So from where do I start?

I have started Blog Commenting but its hard to find blogs that allow linkjuice to flow I wish I had a free software of some sort! Initially the PR showed = PR=N/A now it shows PR=0 so may I improving?

If you produce high quality content, people will love to share it and you will get high quality links without much effort. Besides you can do guest blogging on popular blogs this can attract a lot of traffic as these sites already have good following. Comment posting is good. Try to participate constructively through useful comments. If they give no-follow links then also you can get direct traffic. Do social media optimization tactfully. Your traffic and back links both will increase.
